What's Covered
Our health guarantee covers severe congenital conditions that are life-threatening and proven to be hereditary in origin. If a covered condition is diagnosed within one year of purchase, we will provide a replacement puppy of the same breed and gender at no additional cost.
- ✓Congenital heart defects (Grade 4 or above)
- ✓Life-threatening organ dysfunction proven to be congenital in origin
- ✓Hereditary conditions resulting in premature death within the guarantee period
What's Not Covered
- —Luxating patella, hernias, or open fontanel (common in small breeds, treatable)
- —Parasites or infections contracted after arrival
- —Hypoglycemia caused by improper feeding schedule
- —Injuries from accidents or environmental factors
- —Changes in coat color, eye color, or adult weight
How to Make a Claim
Get a vet diagnosis
Have a licensed veterinarian examine your puppy and issue written documentation confirming the congenital diagnosis.
Notify us within 48 hours
Contact us via WhatsApp immediately after diagnosis. Documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of the vet visit.
Our vet review
Our partner veterinarian in Seoul will review the documentation. If confirmed, we proceed with the replacement process.
Replacement arranged
We will source a replacement puppy of the same breed and gender. Replacement shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
The health guarantee becomes active upon signing the purchase contract via e-signature. Physical characteristics such as adult size, coat type, and eye color cannot be guaranteed as these are subject to natural variation.
