Our Special Order service is designed for clients who are looking for a very specific puppy based on breed, gender, color, size, appearance, or other preferred characteristics.
Because every puppy is a living animal, no two puppies will ever look exactly the same. However, based on your preferences and any reference photos you provide, our team will do our best to locate a puppy that closely matches what you are looking for.
How It Works

$2,000 deposit to begin
A $2,000 deposit is required to start the Special Order service. Once received, our team begins searching for a puppy that matches your preferences.

Priority access before public listing
When we locate a suitable puppy, you will receive priority access before the puppy is publicly offered through our regular sales channels.

Full details provided
We will provide available photos, videos, health information, and all relevant details about the puppy.

2 hours to decide
After the puppy is presented to you, you have 2 hours to decide whether you would like to purchase or pass.

Deposit applied to purchase price
If you decide to purchase, the full $2,000 deposit is applied toward the puppy's purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid within 24 hours.
Passing on a Puppy
If the puppy presented to you does not meet your expectations, you may pass and continue waiting for another puppy.
There is no limit on the number of puppies you may pass on while your Special Order remains active.
Our goal is not to pressure you into accepting a puppy you do not truly want. We would rather continue searching until we find a puppy that more closely matches your preferences.
Search Period
Some puppies may be located quickly, while rare combinations of breed, gender, color, size, and appearance may require additional time.
Please consult with our sales team regarding the estimated search period.
Certain highly specific requests may have a waiting list.
Before Placing a Special Order
Please place a Special Order only if you are seriously committed to purchasing a puppy that meets the agreed requirements.
Our team invests significant time and resources into searching our breeder network, evaluating available puppies, communicating with breeders, and securing priority access for our Special Order clients.
Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your Special Order after the search process has begun, a boarding and care fee of $150 per day, calculated from the date the deposit was received, may be deducted from the amount eligible for refund.
If transportation, airline reservations, veterinary documentation, health certificates, or other arrangements have already been made, any non-refundable expenses already incurred will not be reimbursed.
These expenses may include:

The $2,000 deposit is paid to begin the service of locating and securing a puppy that meets your requested specifications. If the Special Order is canceled after the service has begun, applicable expenses already incurred may be deducted from the deposit.
