Sign the purchase contract

We send a simple purchase agreement via e-signature. This outlines the puppy's details, agreed price, health guarantee terms, and shipping conditions. The health guarantee activates upon signing.

Place your 30% deposit

The deposit removes your puppy from the listing and begins the shipping preparation process. We accept SWIFT wire transfer, Wise, PayPal, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). We do not accept gift cards or untraceable payments.

Prepare for arrival

While we arrange export paperwork, vet clearance, and your puppy's flight, prepare your home. We recommend having everything in place before your puppy lands.

Final payment & your puppy departs Seoul

Remaining balance (70%) is due on the day of departure from Seoul Incheon. We send you the flight number, departure time, and expected arrival. Our handler escorts your puppy to the aircraft and sends you a final photo.

Balance Payment

If a deposit has been made, the remaining balance must be paid within fourteen (14) calendar days. If the remaining balance is not paid within this period, the puppy may become available to other customers and the deposit may be forfeited.

Travel & Delivery Schedule

Once full payment has been made, our team will begin arranging the puppy's travel or delivery schedule. An estimated travel date may be provided first, and the final departure or delivery date will be confirmed as arrangements are completed. Please understand that international transportation schedules may occasionally change due to airline availability, weather, veterinary documentation, customs requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellation, Boarding & Related Expenses

If the customer cancels the purchase after a deposit has been made, a boarding and care fee of $150 per day, calculated from the date the deposit was received, may apply. If transportation or flight arrangements have already been booked, any non-refundable airline, transportation, veterinary, documentation, or related expenses will not be reimbursed.

Extended Loss of Contact

If we are unable to reach the customer for more than four (4) consecutive weeks after full payment has been completed, despite reasonable attempts to contact the customer, the purchase may be considered abandoned. In such cases, the puppy may no longer remain reserved, and payments already made may be forfeited.

·Please provide complete and accurate billing and shipping information when placing your order.

·For customers outside the United States, please include the correct country code and complete international contact information.

·If the billing information and receiving information are different, the person who made the payment will be considered the purchaser and legal owner of the puppy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

·Please do not use a P.O. Box as the delivery address. A complete physical address is required.

·If you require an international pedigree or other specific registration documentation, please confirm availability with our team before purchasing.
